Do attitudes predict behavior?
Not really!!! People’s expressed attitudes often
don’t predict their behaviors.
E.g., Student attitudes toward cheating, doesn’t
mean students won’t cheat.
Self-described racial attitudes don’t predict
behaviors in actual situations.
