It is use in printed document. You can create header a footer including text, picture, date & time and page number. Header displays on the top and footer display bottom every page of the document.

It is show and hide foot note.

It is use to ON/OFF the comments of windows.
11. FULL SCREEN:- (ALT+V+U)
It is use to see the document in to full screen.
12. ZOOM:- (ALT+V+Z)
To control the view of the document. Maximum zoom 500%,minimum zoom 10% and normal is 100% zooming in MS word.
